Gender Reassignment Amendment

Regulations 2019

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.      Citation

These regulations are the Gender Reassignment Amendment
Regulations 2019.

2.     Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a) regulations 1 and 2— on the day on which these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the regulations — on the day on which the

Gender Reassignment Amendment Act 2019 section 3 comes into operation.

3.      Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Gender Reassignment
Regulations 2001.

4.      Schedule 1 Form I amended

In Schedule 1 Form I delete the rows beginning with "I am married." and ending with "issued to a person who is married."

5.      Schedule 1 Form 2 amended

In Schedule 1 Form 2 delete the rows beginning with "The child is married." and ending with "issued to a person who is married." R. NEILSON, Clerk of the Executive Council.
