Gender Reassignment Amendment

Regulations 2002

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Gender Reassignment
Amendment Regulations 2002.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendment in these regulations is to the Gender
Reassignment Regulations 2001*.

3.             Schedule 1 Form 2 amended

Schedule 1 Form 2 is amended under the heading "Hearing of application" by deleting "I wish to, or the child wishes to, hearing of this application." and inserting instead —

By Command of the Governor, M. C. WAUCHOPE, Clerk of the Executive Council.
