1. The applicants seek special leave to appeal from a judgment of the Court of Appeal of the Supreme Court of Victoria (Beach and Orr JJA), which dismissed an application for leave to appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Victoria (Judge Cosgrave).

2. There is no reason to doubt the correctness of the Court of Appeal's decision. The proposed appeal lacks sufficient prospects of success to warrant a grant of special leave to appeal.

3. Special leave to appeal is refused.
