1. Leave should be granted to the applicant to amend her application for special leave to appeal to that filed on 14 March 2017.  The application for special leave to appeal as so amended discloses no reason to doubt the correctness of the decision of the Full Court of the Federal Court of Australia.  Special leave should be refused.

2. The applicant's summons filed on 7 December 2016 should be dismissed.

3. Pursuant to r 41.08.1 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth), we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application.
