AN ACT to amend the Gas Undertakings Act, 1947.

[Assented to 13th December, 1950.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent

Majesty, by and with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council and the Legislative

Assembly of Western Australia, in this present

Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the

same, as follows:-

1.    This Act may be cited as the Gas Under- Short title.

as one with the Gas Undertakings Act, 1947 (Act No. 68 of 1947), hereinafter referred to as the prin- cipal Act.

2.    The principal Act, as amended by this Act, principal Act

may be cited as the Gas Undertakings Act, 1947- ITtriirlitd.

3. Section eleven of the principal Act is amended of s.

by deleting in subsection (7) the second proviso

thereto.
