GAS TRANSMISSION AMENDMENT REGULATIONS (No. 3) 1997

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in Executive

Council.

Citation

1.     These regulations may be cited as the Gas Transmission Amendment

Regulations (No. 3) 1997.

Commencement

(No. 3) 1997 is to be regarded as a redetermination under regulation 39.

2.    These regulations come into operation at 08:00 hours on

1 December 1997.

Principal regulations

3.     In these regulations the Gas Transmission Regulations .1994* are

referred to as the principal regulations.

Regulation 58 amended

4.     After regulation 58 (6) of the principal regulations the following

subregulation is inserted —
