Explanatory note

The object of this Regulation is to increase the fees payable in connection with the examination and testing regulation-making power) and 83A (f) and (g).

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Gas Supply (Consumer Safety) Amendment (Fees) Regulation
2016.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on 1 July 2016 and is required to be published on the
NSW legislation website.

3 Amendment of Gas Supply (Consumer Safety) Regulation 2012

Schedule 1 Provisions relating to gas meters

Omit “$133” and “$34” from clause 12.
Insert instead “$136” and “$35”, respectively.
