Explanatory note
Gas Supply (Consumer Safety) Regulation 2012
The object of this Regulation is to amend the to increase regulation-making power) and 83A (f) and (g).

1 Name of Regulation
This Regulation is the Gas Supply (Consumer Safety) Amendment (Fees) Regulation
2015.
2 Commencement
This Regulation commences on 1 July 2015 and is required to be published on the
NSW legislation website.
3 Amendment of Gas Supply (Consumer Safety) Regulation 2012
Schedule 1 Provisions relating to gas meters
Omit “$131” and “$33” from clause 12.
Insert instead “$133” and “$34”, respectively.
