MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Gas Supply Amendment (Retail Competition) Act 2001, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 January 2002 as the day on which the uncommenced provisions of that Act commence.
