s1 2 s4 Gas Supply Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2005 No. 139, 2005 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Gas Supply Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2005 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 July 2005. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Gas Supply Regulation 2003. 4 ‘19A Insertion of new s 19A Part 3, before section 20— insert— Threshold amount for contestable customer certification ‘For schedule 1, section 5(4), definition threshold amount , paragraph (a), of the Act, the amount is 1TJ.’.
