Gas Supply Amendment (Ombudsman Scheme) Act 2009 No 18
JAMES JACOB SPIGELMAN, Lieutenant-Governor I, the Honourable James Jacob Spigelman AC, Lieutenant-Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Gas Supply Amendment (Ombudsman Scheme) Act 2009, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 July 2009 as the day on which that Act commences.
