Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

18 January 2011 GOVERNMENT GAZETTE, WA 147

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows -

(a)	regulations I and 2—on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations - on the day after that day.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Gas Standards (Gasfitting and Consumer Gas Installations) Regulations 1999.
4.	Schedule 7 amended In Schedule 7 in item 8 delete "AS 5902" and insert:

AS 5092

5.            Various references to "AS 5601" amended

In the provisions listed in the Table delete "AS 5601" and insert:

AS/NZS 5601
