Gas Standards (Gasfitting and Consumer Gas

Installations) Amendment Regulations 2007

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.           Citation

These regulations are the Gas Standards (Gasfitting and
Consumer Gas Installations) Amendment Regulations 2007.

The amendments in these regulations are to the Gas Standards
(Gasfitting and Consumer Gas Installations)
Regulations 1999*.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows:

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on 1 July 2007.

3.            The regulations amended

4.            Schedule 4 amended

Schedule 4 is amended as follows:

(a)	by deleting "$60" and inserting instead — " $63 ";
(b)	by deleting "$316" and inserting instead — " $350 ".
