3.	Regulations amended These regulations amend the Gas Standards (Gas Supply and
System Safely) Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2009.

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.           Citation

These regulations are the Gas Standards (Gas Supply and

System Safi^ ty) Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2010.

2. Commencement
These regulations come into operation as follows

(a) regulations I and 2 — on the day on which these

regulations are published in the Gazette;

(h) the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

4.        Regulation 2 amended

Delete regulation 2(c) and insert:

(c) regulations 11, 12. 13. 1 4(1) and (3) and 18 - on

3 August 2011;

These regulations are the Dangerous Goods Safety (Storage and
