Amendment Regulations 2001

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Gas Standards (Gas Supply and System Safety) Amendment Regulations 2001.

2.             Schedule 1 amended

Schedule 1 to the Gas Standards (Gas Supply and System
Safety) Regulations 2000* is amended by deleting “Public
Utilities Information Manual for Western Australia
(1 May 1988)” and inserting instead —

“

Utility Providers Code of Practice for Western Australia produced by the Utility Providers Services Committee

”.
