GAS STANDARDS (AMENDMENT) (No. 2) REGULATIONS 1995

Made by the Lieutenant Governor and deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Gas Standards (Amendment)

(No. 2) Regulations 1995.

Principal regulations

2. In these regulations the Gas Standards Regulations 1983* are referred

to as the principal regulations.

Regulation 7 amended

3. Regulation 7 of the principal regulations is amended by deleting "A prescribed person who may be authorized by the Commission" and substituting the following —
