Gas (Safety) Amendment Regulations 2004

I, the Administrator in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Gas Act 2000 .13 December 2004

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Gas (Safety) Amendment Regulations 2004 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which the Vocational Education and Training Amendment (Tasmanian Learning and Skills Authority) Act 2004 commences. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Gas (Safety) Regulations 2002 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Regulation 8 amended (Provision of training) Regulation 8(1)(a) of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting "Tasmanian State Training" and substituting "Learning and Skills".
