(Funding) Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2006

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

The amendments in these regulations are to the Gas Pipelines
Access (Western Australia) (Funding) Regulations 1999*.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Gas Pipelines Access (Western
Australia) (Funding) Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2006.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2006.

3.            The regulations amended

4.             Regulation 3 amended

Regulation 3(2) is amended by deleting "during any of which a pipeline specified in Schedule 1 is a covered pipeline, a charge is payable for each specified pipeline" and inserting instead

Note:  WA:PL refers to a pipeline licence under the Petroleum Pipelines Act 1969.
WA:GDL refers to a distribution licence under the Energy Coordination
Act 1994.
