Gas Pipelines Access (Western Australia) (Funding) Amendment Regulations 2005

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Gas Pipelines Access (Western
Australia) (Funding) Amendment Regulations 2005.

2.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Gas Pipelines
Access (Western Australia) (Funding) Regulations 1999*.

3.             Regulation 9 amended

(1)	Regulation 9(2) is amended by deleting “incurred by the Board in connection with” and inserting instead —
“ of ”.
(2)	After regulation 9(2) the following subregulation is inserted —

“

(2a) Without limiting subregulation (2), the cost and
expenses of the hearing and determination of particular
proceedings include any cost and expenses attributable
to the provision of services, facilities and support under
section 56(1) of the Act for the purposes of those
proceedings.

”.
