Gas Pipelines Access (Western Australia) (Funding) Amendment Regulations 2001

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.           Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Gas Pipelines Access
(Western Australia) (Funding) Amendment Regulations 2001.

2.             Schedule 1 amended

Schedule 1 to the Gas Pipelines Access (Western Australia)
(Funding) Regulations 1999* is amended as follows:

(a)	in item 1 by inserting after "Alintagas" — " Networks Pty. Ltd. ";
(b)	in item 3 by deleting "Nominees- and inserting
instead — " Transmission
(c)	by deleting items 4 and 5 and inserting the following items instead —
