I, the Governor, acting under section 2 of the Gas Pipelines Access (Western Australia) Act 1998 and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, fix the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the Government Gazette as the day on which that Act, other than Subdivision 3 of Division 2 of Schedule 3 and Subdivision 3 of Division 7 of that Schedule, comes into operation.
