I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Gas Pipelines Access (Tasmania) Act 2000 .11 June 2001

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Gas Pipelines Access (Tasmania) Regulations 2001 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Appointment of local RegulatorThe Government Prices Oversight Commission is prescribed as the local Regulator in relation to a distribution pipeline for the purposes of the Gas Pipelines Access (Tasmania) Act 2000 .
