Part 1—Preliminary

1—Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Gas Pipelines Access (South Australia) Variation Regulations 2003.

2—Commencement

These regulations come into operation on the day on which they are made.

3—Variation provisions

In these regulations, a provision under a heading referring to the variation of specified regulations varies the regulations so specified.

Regulation 7(3)(c)—delete "Corporations Law" and substitute:

Corporations Act 2001 of the Commonwealth

5—Variation of Schedule 2—Civil penalties

Schedule 2—after the last entry in the table insert:

section 7.20 of the Code	$20 000
section 7.21 of the Code	$20 000
