This regulation may be cited as the Gas Pipelines Access (Queensland—Postponement) Regulation 1999 . ˙ Postponed commencement of uncommenced provisions 2.(1) The period before automatic commencement, under the ActsInterpretation Act 1954 , section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 18 May 2000. 1 (2) In this section— “postponed law” means the provisions of the GasPipelinesAccess(Queensland) Act 1998 that have not yet commenced. ˙ Expiry 3.
