s1 2 s3 Gas Legislation Amendment (No. 1) No. 239, 1997 PART 1—PRELIMINARY ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Gas Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1997 . PART 2—AMENDMENT OF GAS REGULATION 1989 ˙ Regulation amended in pt 2 2. This part amends the Gas Regulation 1989 . ˙ Amendment of sch 3 (Authorised pipes) 3.(1) Schedule 3, section 1, heading, after ‘ Limited ’— insert— ‘ and Boral Energy Limited ’. (2) Schedule 3, section 1(1), ‘may construct and maintain’— omit, insert— ‘and Boral Energy Limited jointly may maintain 1 ’. (3) Schedule 3, section 1(2) to (4)— omit. (4) Schedule 3, section 2, heading, after ‘ Limited ’— insert— ‘ and Boral Energy Limited ’. 1 Original authority to construct and maintain this pipe was given by regulation notified in the gazette on 6 October 1995. The authority is included here for the sake of completeness.

(6) Schedule 3, section 2(8) and (10), after ‘corporation’— insert— ‘and Boral’. (7) Schedule 3— insert— ‘ Gas Corporation of Queensland Limited and Boral Energy Limited—Dinmore ‘ 3. Gas Corporation of Queensland Limited and Boral Energy Limited jointly may maintain 2 a pipe to supply gas to Australia Meat Holdings Pty Limited. PART 3—AMENDMENT OF CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE OF PIPE (ROCKHAMPTON COUNTRY BRICKWORKS PTY LTD) ORDER 1992 ˙ Order amended in pt 3 4. This part amends the Construction and Maintenance of Pipe (Rockhampton Country Brickworks Pty Ltd) Order 1992. ˙ Amendment of s 3 (Authorisation) 5. Section 3(1), ‘is’— 2 Original authority to construct and maintain this pipe was given by regulation notified in the gazette on 15 July 1994. The authority is included here for the sake of completeness.
