Gas Infrastructure (Planning Permit Exemption) Amendment Regulations 2004

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Gas Act 2000 .22 December 2004

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Gas Infrastructure (Planning Permit Exemption) Amendment Regulations 2004 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Gas Infrastructure (Planning Permit Exemption) Regulations 2003 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Regulation 3 amended (Prescribed work and criteria) Regulation 3 of the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting "2002" and substituting "2000".
