2 Gas (Extension of Franchise) No. 52, 1993 PART 1—PRELIMINARY ˙ Short title 1. This order in council may be cited as the Gas (Extension of Franchise) Order 1993 . PART 2—BRISBANE (SOUTH) AREA FRANCHISE ˙ Extension of franchise 2.(1) In this section— “franchise area” means that part of the franchise granted to Allgas Energy Ltd and delineated in Plan No. GAS 011. (2) The application by Allgas Energy Ltd for an extension of the franchise area is granted. (3) The franchise area, as extended, is the area delineated in Plan No. GAS 011A held in the office of the department at Brisbane. 1 PART 3—ROCKHAMPTON AREA FRANCHISE ˙ Extension of franchise 3.(1) In this section— “franchise area” means that part of the franchise granted under the Rockhampton Gas Reticulation (Grant of Franchise) Order 1991 to the Gas Corporation of Queensland and delineated in Plan No. GAS 050. 1 The plan is available for inspection, free of charge, at the Department of Minerals and Energy, 61 Mary Street, Brisbane.
