Gas (Exemption) Amendment Order 2007

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 117 of the Gas Act 2000 .7 May 2007

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Gas (Exemption) Amendment Order 2007 . 2CommencementThis order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal OrderIn this order, the Gas (Exemption) Order 2005 is referred to as the Principal Order. 4Clause 4 amended (Duration of exemption) Clause 4 of the Principal Order is amended by omitting "24 months" and substituting "36 months".
