ENERGY CORPORATIONS (POWERS) ACT 1979

GAS CORPORATION (CHARGES) AMENDMENT BY-LAWS 1997

Made by the Gas Corporation with the approval of the Governor in Executive

Council.

Citation

1. These by-laws may be cited as the Gas Corporation (Charges)

Amendment By-laws 1997.

Commencement

2.      These by-laws come into operation on 1 July 1997.

Schedule 1 amended

3. Schedule 1 to the Gas Corporation (Charges) By-laws 1996" is amended

in item 2 of Tariff A3 -

in paragraph (c) by deleting "2.64" and substituting the

following -

" 2.80 ";

by deleting "L = 10" and substituting the following -

" L = 12 ";

by deleting "M = 26" and substituting the following -

" M = 24 ";

by deleting "L = 10 + [(F-1) x 51" and substituting the

following -

Approved by the Governor in Executive Council, J. PRITCHARD, Clerk of the Executive Council.

" L = 12 + [(F-1) x 51 "; and

by deleting "M = 26 + [(F-1) x 51" and substituting the

following -

" M = 24 + [(F-1) x 51 ".
