The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the the Gas Industry Act 1994.

Gas and Fuel Corporation (Gas Installation)

2. Authorising provisions

These Regulations are made under sections 102 and 105 of the Gas Industry Act 1994.

3. Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on the day on which section 5 of the Gas Industry (Further Amendment) Act 1997 comes into operation.

4. Amendment of references to Corporation
