s1 2 s5 Gas Amendment (No. 3) No. 272, 1994 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Gas Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 1994 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation is taken to have commenced on 11 April 1993. ˙ Regulation amended 3. This regulation amends the Gas Regulation 1989 . ˙ Replacement of s 124 (Construction and maintenance of pipes) 4. Section 124— omit , insert— ˙ ‘ Construction and maintenance of pipe ‘ 124.(1) The construction and maintenance by the Gas Corporation of Queensland Limited of a pipe to supply gas to Australia Meat Holdings Pty Limited at its Dinmore premises is authorised. ‘ (2) The route of the pipe is within the shaded area marked on the map in the Schedule. ‘ (3) The pipe’s specifications are as follows— (a) steel commonly known as schedule 150 steel; (b) class 150 pressure rated; (c) 150 mm nominal bore from the Dinmore City Gate Gas Station for approximately 700 m; (d) 100 mm nominal bore for the remainder.’. ˙ Insertion of new Sch 3 5. After Schedule 2— insert—
