s1 2 s4 Gas Amendment (No. 2) No. 279, 1995 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Gas Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 1995 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation commences on 1 October 1995. ˙ Regulation amended 3. This regulation amends the Gas Regulation 1989 . ˙ Replacement of s 124 (Construction and maintenance of pipes) 4. Section 124— omit, insert — ˙ ‘ Construction and maintenance of pipe (Gas Corporation of Queensland Ltd) ‘ 124.(1) In this section— “premises” means the premises on the land described as lot 408 on Crown Plan 885750, in the Parish of Tingalpa, County of Stanley, located at Paringa Road, Gibson Island. ‘ (2) Gas Corporation of Queensland Ltd may construct and maintain a pipe to supply gas to Visy Paper Pty Ltd. ‘ (3) The pipe must be constructed— (a) from the Gas Corporation of Queensland gate station at Murarrie for about 350 m to the premises; and (b) along the route marked on drawing no. 10301A held by the department. 1 1 The drawing is available for inspection at the Department of Minerals and Energy’s Head Office, 61 Mary Street, Brisbane.
