2 Gas Amendment (No. 1) No. 30, 1994 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Gas Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1994 . ˙ Amended regulation 2. The Gas Regulation 1989 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Insertion of new s 124 3. After section 123— insert— ˙ ‘Construction and maintenance of pipes ‘124.(1) In this section— “premises” means the premises located at Lot 1 on R.P. 166658 in the County of Stanley, Parish of Goodna. ‘(2) Allgas Energy Ltd may construct and maintain a pipe to supply gas to Brick and Pipe Industries Ltd. ‘(3) The pipe must be constructed— (a) from the Dinmore City Gate Gas Station for about 415 m to the premises; and (b) along the route marked on drawing no. MD 212 held by the department. 1 ‘(4) The pipe must— (a) be made of steel; and (b) be class 300 pressure rated; and (c) have a 100 mm nominal bore. ’. 1 The drawing is available for inspection at the Department of Minerals and HEneeardgyO’fsfice, 61 Mary Street, Brisbane.
