s1 4 Gas Amendment Act 2001 The Parliament of Queensland enacts— s4 No. 53, 2001 1 Short title This Act may be cited as the Gas Amendment Act 2001 . 2 Act amended This Act amends the Gas Act 1965. 3 Amendment of s 5B (Meaning of “contestable consumer”) (1) Section 5B(1), ‘31 August 2001’— omit, insert— ‘31 December 2002’. (2) Section 5B(4), ‘1 September 2001’— omit, insert— ‘1 January 2003’. 4 Amendment of s 5C (Meaning of “non-contestable consumer”) Section 5C(1)(b),‘31 August 2001’— omit, insert— ‘31 December 2002’. © State of Queensland 2001
