Garbage Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, ANTHONY JOHN MESSNER, the Minister of State for Veterans' Affairs, acting for and on behalf of the Minister of State for the Capital Territory, hereby make the following Regulations under the Building and Services Ordinance 1924.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 January 1982.

Garbage on commercial premises

2. Regulation 3A of the Garbage Regulations is amended by omitting

sub-paragraph (6) (a) (i) and substituting the following sub-paragraph:

"(i) a fee of 80 cents in respect of 1 bin from which garbage is removed and a fee of 45 cents in respect of each additional bin from which garbage is removed; and".

3. The Schedule to the Garbage Regulations is repealed and the following

Schedule substituted:
