Garbage Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THOMAS UREN, the Minister of State for Territories and Local Government, hereby make the following Regulations under the Building and Services Ordinance 1924.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 October 1983.

Hiring of containers to occupiers of domestic premises

2. Regulation 3AA of the Garbage Regulations is amended by omitting

sub-regulation (2).

Garbage on commercial premises

3. Regulation 3A of the Garbage Regulations is amended by omitting

sub-regulation (6).

Schedule

4. The Schedule to the Garbage Regulations is repealed.
