1. Objective

n	The objective of these Regulations is to amend the
a	Gaming No. 2 (General) Regulations 1998 to
n	replace the Chairman of the National Crime
o	Authority with the Chief Executive Officer of the
ti	Australian Crime Commission as a prescribed
la	person for the purposes of section 104(3)(b) of the
is	Gaming No. 2 Act 1997.

L	These Regulations are made under section 105 of
n	the Gaming No. 2 Act 1997.

ri	3. Schedule amended
to	In the Schedule to the Gaming No. 2 (General)
Regulations 1998 , for "Chairman, National
