1. Objective

n The objective of these Regulations is to amend the
a Gaming No. 2 (Bingo) Regulations 1998 to—
n (a) revoke references to "notional receipts";
o
ti (b) prescribe a condition of a permit that
la provides that the maximum amount that can
is be paid as prizes in a session of bingo is 90%
g of the gross receipts;
e (c) prescribe the amount the permit holder may
L incur as expenses of bingo;
n (d) prescribe how the fee payable to an operator

ri is to be determined under section 26(2)(e) of
to the Gaming No. 2 Act 1997;

prescribe the period and the time limit for returns by an operator under section 47 of

These Regulations are made under section 105 of
