Part 1—Preliminary

1—Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Gaming Machines (Fees) Variation Regulations 2012.

2—Commencement

These regulations will come into operation on 1 July 2012.

3—Variation provisions

In these regulations, a provision under a heading referring to the variation of specified regulations varies the regulations so specified.

    (a)    if the person is the subject of an approval of the Commissioner in force under section 37 or 38 of the Act

(b) if an approval referred to in paragraph (a) is not in force but the person is the subject of an approval of the Commissioner in force under section 71 of the Liquor Licensing Act 1997

    (c)     in any other case

    (a)    if the person is the subject of an approval of the Commissioner in force under section 37 or 38 of the Act

(b) if an approval referred to in paragraph (a) is not in force but the person is the subject of an approval of the Commissioner in force under section 71 of the Liquor Licensing Act 1997
