Gaming Machine Regulations² (Amendment)

I, JOHN JOSEPH BROWN, the Minister of State for the Arts, Sport, the Environment, Tourism and Territories, hereby make the following Regulation under the Gaming Machine Ordinance 1987.

After regulation 4 of the Gaming Machine Regulations the following regulation is inserted:

Class B gaming machines for premises providing residential accommodation

“4A.  The class B gaming machines commonly known as draw poker machines are prescribed for the purposes of subparagraph 18 (2) (a) (i) of the Ordinance.”.
