1. Objective

n	The objective of these Regulations is to amend the
a	Gaming Machine Control (Miscellaneous)
n	Regulations 2001 to replace the National Crime
o	Authority with the Chief Executive Officer of the
ti	Australian Crime Commission as a prescribed
la	person for the purposes of section 139(3)(b) of the
is	Gaming Machine Control Act 1991.

L	These Regulations are made under section 159 of
n	the Gaming Machine Control Act 1991.

ri	3. Schedule amended
to	In the Schedule to the Gaming Machine Control
(Miscellaneous) Regulations 2001 , for "National
