The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the
list of prescribed authorities and persons to whom
information may be divulged under section
139(3)(b) of the Gaming Machine Control Act

1991.

2. Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under sections 139(3)(b) and 159 of the Gaming Machine Control Act 1991.

3. Amendment of Schedule

In the Schedule to the Gaming Machine Control

(Miscellaneous) Regulations 19911—

(a)

after "Victorian Director of Casino Surveillance" insert—

r. 3 S.R. No. 112/1996

"Chief Executive Officer, Liquor Licensing

Commission, Victoria";

(b)

"Director, Taxes, Levies and Duties,
Provincial Administration, Western Cape,

after "Queensland Police Service" insert— Authority, South Australia";

(c)

for "Victorian State Police" substitute "Victoria Police".
