This regulation may be cited as the Gaming Machine and Other Legislation (Postponement) Regulation 2000 . ˙ Postponed commencement of uncommenced provisions 2.(1) The period before automatic commencement, under the ActsInterpretation Act 1954 , section 15DA(2), of the postponed law is extended to the end of 30 March 2001. 1 (2) In this section— “postponed law” means the uncommenced provisions of the GamingMachine and Other Legislation Amendment Act 1999 . ˙ Expiry 3.
