PART 2—AMENDMENT OF GAMING MACHINE REGULATION 2002 2 Regulation amended in pt 2 This part amends the Gaming Machine Regulation 2002 . 3 Insertion of new s 10AB After section 10A— insert — ‘10AB Selling entity and way operating authorities may be sold—Act, s 109B ‘For section 109B of the Act— (a) the selling entity is The Public Trustee of Queensland under the Public Trustee Act 1978 , section 8; 1 and (b) the way is by a competitive tender process.’. 4 Amendment of s 58 (Approved financiers) (1) Section 58(b)— omit . (2) Section 58(c) to (e)— renumber as section 58(b) to (d). 1 Public Trustee Act , section 8 (Corporation sole of public trustee)
