Gaming Machine Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2008 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Gaming Machine Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2008 . 2 Commencement This regulation commences on 1 August 2008. 3 Regulation amended This regulation amends the GamingMachineRegulation 2002. 4 Amendment of s 29 (Approval of premises—Act, s 266, 267 or 267A) (1) Section 29, ‘approved evaluator’— omit, insert— ‘licensed testing facility operator’.
