This regulation amends the Gaming Machine Regulation 1991 . ˙ Replacement of s 52 (Approved financiers) 3. Section 52— omit, insert ˙ ‘ Approved financiers ‘ 52. The following entities are prescribed for section 2 of the Act, definition “approved financier”, paragraph (c)— (a) Golden Casket Lottery Corporation Limited ACN 078 785 449; (b) Equico Corporate Finance Group Pty Limited ACN 085 834 331.’.
