s1 2 s6 Gaming Machine Amendment (No. 1) No. 193, 1994 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Gaming Machine Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1994 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Gaming Machine Regulation 1991 . ˙ Amendment of s 30 (Manual payments register) 3. Section 30(2)(b)(xi), ‘, authorised in that behalf by the licensee,’— omit. ˙ Amendment of s 35B (Entries into accounting records) 4. Section 35B(2), definition “accounting period” , after ‘Gaming’— insert— ‘Machine’. ˙ Replacement of s 47 (Prescribed liquor licences (s 1.3(1) of the Act)) 5. Section 47— omit, insert— ˙ Prescribed liquor licences (s 3 of the Act) 47. Each licence mentioned in Schedule 7 is prescribed for the purposes of the definition “prescribed liquor licence” in section 3 of the Act.’. ˙ Insertion of new Sch 7 6. After Schedule 6— insert—
