2 Gaming Machine Amendment (No. 1) No. 121, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Gaming Machine Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1993 . ˙ Amended regulation 2. The Gaming Machine Regulation 1991 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Insertion of new s.13A 3. After section 13— insert— ˙ ‘Periods when gaming must not be conducted ‘13A. The following periods are prescribed for the purposes of section 5.6 of the Act— (a) Anzac day before 1.00 p.m.; (b) Good Friday; (c) Christmas day. ’. ˙ Amendment of s.35 (Monthly Gaming Machine Reconciliation Report) 4. Section 35(4)— omit ‘ under ’, insert ‘ in ’. ˙ Amendment of Schedule 2 (Conditions to which a gaming machine licence is subject) 5.(1) Schedule 2 (clause 1(a), (b), (c), (f), (i)(v) and (p))— omit ‘ Crown ’, insert ‘ State ’. (2) Schedule 2 (clause 1(f))— omit ‘ clause 1(c) of ’.

Schedule 3— omit ‘ Crown ’ (wherever occurring) , insert ‘ State ’. ˙ Amendment of Schedule 4 (Rules ancillary to gaming) 7.
