1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Gaming Machine Amendment Regulation 2023.

2   Regulation amended

This regulation amends the Gaming Machine Regulation 2002.

3   Amendment of s 10BA (Amount to be paid into consolidated fund during particular period—Act, s 109E)

omit, insert—
