Gaming Machine Act 2004

1. Name of regulation

   This regulation is the Gaming Machine Amendment Regulation 2015 (No 2).

2. Commencement

   This regulation commences on 1 December 2015.

   NoteThe naming and commencement provisions automatically commence on the notification day (see Legislation Act, s 75 (1)).

3. Legislation amended

   This regulation amends the Gaming Machine Regulation 2004.

4. New part 9B

   insert

Part 9BNotifiable actions

70BPrescribed number of days—Act, s 173D (5)

For the Act, section 173E (a) (Notifiable actions—date of effect), the prescribed number of days for a notifiable action under the following sections is 20 business days:

(a)the Act, section 37B (Authorisation certificate amendment—technical amendment);

(b)the Act, section 113A (1) (c) (Disposal of gaming machines—notifiable action).
